Simon loves snowboarding, swimming, and exploring new things in the culinary world. He is the wild card of our team and we are excited to share his unique creations with you.

At the helm is Sarah, an incredibly creative individual who loves to read, has a keen interest in history, and values family above all else. Throughout her career she has developed a wide range of skills from filmmaking to script writing, and has a natural ability for organizing and executing projects. Her most impressive attribute, however, is her kindness, caring nature and uncompromising honesty - making her an invaluable and indispensable member of the team.
